If you make use of our offer and/or use our website by filling in the information fields and/or contact us and/or merely visit our website, personal data may be collected from you through these interactions.

In general, the following types of personal data are collected, used and processed:

5. protection of personal data

The personal data is stored by us within the European Economic Area. In the event of disclosure to others, as described above, the connections are encrypted via SSL/TLS ("transport security").

A transfer to other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is possible at any time against the background of adequacy decisions (Art. 45 GDPR) or approved standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), which guarantee a secure transfer for data protection and privacy. We take the appropriate administrative, organisational, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, unauthorised transfer, unauthorised modification and deletion. We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, in particular to fulfil contractual and legal obligations, if we have a legitimate interest, and for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

The retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purposes for which we use the information. For example, if we process your data to provide you with the platform, we will retain this data for as long as you have an account. If you violate our terms of use, we may remove your profile.

6. duration and location of the storage of your personal data

We store personal data in accordance with the following provisions:
Within the European Economic Area.
We store data on secure servers.
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose - usually four years. The data will be deleted from the database when;

a) the data subject withdraws consent (this process is described in the next step)
b) if the personal data stored by us is no longer required for the intended purpose for at least 24 (twenty-four) months
c) After a possible revocation of consent to the processing of your data and/or a declaration of objection, your data will be moved to our so-called "block list". This means that your personal data will no longer be used for the purposes of our business relationship. III Rights of the data subject(s) in relation to their personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (Art. 12 to Art. 23 GDPR), you have the following data protection rights:

1. right to information, Art. 15 GDPR

You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data and to request copies of it, free of charge.

2. right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR

You have the right to ask us to correct information that you believe to be incorrect or to complete information that you believe to be incomplete.

3. right to erasure, right to be forgotten, Art. 17 GDPR

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.

4. right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR

You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your data if you have concerns about the accuracy of the data or the way it is used.

5. right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR

This only applies to the personal data that you have provided to us. You have the right to request that we transfer the personal data you have given us from one organisation to another or make it available to you. This right only applies if we process personal data on the basis of your consent or in the context of or in discussions about the conclusion of a contract and the processing is automated.

6. right to withdraw consent, Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR

You have the right to ask us to revoke previously given consent to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future by sending us an e-mail (available in the introduction to this privacy policy) or by requesting this when contacting us by e-mail, telephone or SMS. However, such a withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.
